House keeping need to keep the room cleaned thoroughly, including both the upper and lower floors. There are visible spider webs on the walls, and the cot and floors appear dusty. Please also ensure the balcony area is properly cleaned. Staffs are friendly. Amenities are good 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Thanga Kottai. The overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable.
