"The front desk was warm, helpful, and prompt. The room was good size. Had a full fridge and kitchen. It was clean, and mostly quiet. There was a little bit of hallway noise but that was just other tenants not the hotel itself. It’s basic but affordable, clean, polite staff, laundry, spacious rooms, and a light breakfast. I’d go back if I was in the area and wanted a good value. I slept good and it was quiet and safe. "

"The location and price of this hotel, as well as its staff, are great, but the cleaning and condition of the rooms needs to be better. Carpet was filthy at the edges and in the corners, upholstery was badly stained, and we found long hairs (not ours) and lotion rings/scum in our bathtub, which even made it slippery/unsafe."

The room was exceptionally clean but dated…we brought our own pillows thankfully because the motels are very thin and small. Besides that no complaints…already rebooked for June for a music festival in Chicago. "
