The Lodge On Lake Oconee
6/10 Okay
"We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The only complaint we had is that our room was changed and the staff told us it was an upgrade however it went from being a two room suite to a one room that was a little disappointing as we had small children and needed the extra space so maybe the listing needs to be more clear."
"The carpeting in the room definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. I think that gave the room and the building a little bit of a musky smell but overall it was a good. Breakfast was good and we had a variety of food each day. The coffee was available 24 seven but was very weak and I would suggest having the vendor put a little bit more coffee in the mix. There was no problem parking but identifying the access road was a little bit difficult often we missed our turn and had to turn around. The side door access often didn’t work very well and was broken loose from the building."
"Reserve una habitación que era de 4 camas en su descripción era confusa y decía que eran habitación doble /habitación doble se entendía que eran 4 camas y al momento de registrase no había dicha habitación, que no existía en el hotel, y no entendí porque el precio se está habitación era mucho más costosa que una habitación doble normal"
"Front desk staff is friendly and efficient; the room was good-sized and very clean, with nice decor. The beds though...that bed was a slice of heaven after a long day of travelling! Breakfast had a nice assortment of both hot and cold dishes. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone"
