"Make sure to book a deluxe room. I accidentally booked a standard room which was NOT my expectations. I’m not one to complain normally but the pictures shown were the deluxe rooms which are in much better care and located in the main hotel. The staff were friendly and moved me right away when I talked to them about the mistake and took notes on my complaints (I showed them pictures). The breakfast was very good. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but from what I saw it looked decently maintained. Overall a very nice stay just wished I had more time to explore Charleston"

"I wish the breakfast casserole had more sausage in it but it was something different than usual motel meals. Room was nice. The floor was a little dirty. Our toddler crawled around and got black on them from the floor. I fished off the pier one night and caught one small fish and several blue crabs. Overall it was good. I would go back."
