"Great stay at HF Fenix - a little bit further away from Porto centre but it was quick and cheap to get taxis when we needed. We had a really spacious triple room which was perfect for our group. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, and only a few minutes away was the Mercado Bom Sucesso which I'd highly recommend."

This trip was a celebration for my wife. We had a day trip planned for the actual day. When we returned, we found a gluten free cake and chilling sparkling wine in our room. The gesture capped off a perfect day. Glauber left a beautifully handwritten card wishing my wife a happy birthday and reassured us that everything met our dietary restrictions. We forgot that we shared all this information with him, but he didn’t. This gesture made our stay beyond extraordinary."
