"They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible"

Hotel properties often become old and tired looking, but I’m afraid this was more than that. This was actually dirty. Can not walk on the suite floor without shoes.
