"I will never stay here again. I have stayed here twice already for work, but the second time has gotten me to finally just write a review. You're paying a good bit for breakfast that isn't good. At that point you're forced to buy from the cafe next to check in. The rooms smell and furniture is falling apart, couches felt unclean exactly like how a motel would leave them. It was like this the first time I stayed as well. Shower gets so hot that you could burn yourself. (It's the smallest adjustment of the knob to go from cold to scorching hot.) The morning I was leaving, that was not the first thing on my mind just waking up and ended up burning myself when I stepped in and ended up slipping and twisting my ankle. I only addressed it to the front desk to make sure they know that their water was capable of physically scorching people. A very young staff just dismissed me being sarcastic about how the shower works like I was an idiot who didn't know how water works. Another lady wrote down my name so she could "address it to the manager" later which I know she wouldn't so I don't know why she would waste both our times. This isn't exactly on the hotel but it is very noisy in general in the evenings and the hotel seems to have events pretty late or people returning from events. Children were screaming and running up and down the halls. It felt like there was a party right outside my room every night."

"The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the amenities are extremely disappointing. There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective. The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it. While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash. The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"It is a beautiful place. My housekeeper lady Elsa, was wonderful, kind and made sure to ask if had everything I needed. The shuttle driver Carrie, was very personable and was a safe driver who got us to the airport responsibly, punctually, and with great conversation. The only downside to this stay was, unfortunately, the food. I’m one of those rare people that can eat anything. I never complain, don’t send food back, and have never left a bad food review in 65 years. That said I got a breakfast burrito that, even I couldn’t eat. I’m not sure why a cook would need an entire bottle of oil to make a burrito, but who I am to question. I will go back, and true to form, I will probably give the restaurant another try. Everyone can have a bad day."
