"Service was nice if à little mechanical - could be clearer and more helpful for parking and offering more insights on restaurants. Spa welcome was a little cold and mechanical. Shuttle was very late from parking pick up despite calling them 30 minutes in advance. Overall I loved this hotel but they can do better in service side. "

"We had a wonderful time and the service was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is stunning. The only issue we had was the condition of the beach chairs. It was surprising that they were in such poor condition. The back rests were not stable and my husband got his finger caught in the hinge when he sat down and the back folded back unintentionally. He required 5 stiches and had a very long stay at the local hospital. The assistant director was wonderful and very helpful...
