10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful room with lovely balcony. The only thing we could have done without was the open air bathroom. Not private at all. I hope they will enclose it with a ceiling at some point. Other than that, the room and hotel were amazing! Delicious breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff."

Convento do Espinheiro, Historic Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful establishment. Gorgeous architecture and surrounding landscape and grounds were immaculate. We truly enjoyed the location however, the hot tub and sauna were barely warm, with no way to adjust the temperature so it was more like a cool bath tub, and warm room rather than a traditional hot tub and sauna. Additionally one of the bar staff was rude. When asked a question about the restaurant reservations he made a condescending comment. Just unnecessary. Dinner at their traditional restaurant was good, and breakfast in the mornings were fantastic."
