"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. "Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill. "
