"This is our third visit and a favorite of our kids when we are in zakopane. We take full advantage of the attached water park each time. One thing that was different this visit is that our room reservation did not include breakfast. This caused confusion and and uncomfortable atmosphere when we did arrive at the restaurant for breakfast as we were questioned several times if we were aware that we had to pay additionally (we were, we were explained this at check in, and requested to have...

"The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Lovely hotel and great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant is a great option for dinner if you don’t want to venture into the town. Great quality, selection and portion sizes. The only issue we can think of was that the shower leaked but fresh bath mats were provided each day so not a huge problem. Thank you!"

"This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. "
