The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."
