"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. "We cannot express how much we loved our stay here. The front desk team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and paid great attention to every detail. They even managed to do our laundry and return it within just a few hours. The food and restaurant were wonderful, and the entire property felt like a peaceful, beautifully maintained garden. Everything was spotless and relaxing. We especially loved the deck and the stream beside our pool, it made the experience even more special. Breakfast was amazing every morning, and booking tours through the hotel was effortless. A special mention to Denise at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Also the location is walking distance to nice local restaurants and shops. We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and exceptional getaway."
