"I really appreciate the help from the staff. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight train with a sick traveler. Our room wasnā€™t ready but they let our sick traveler rest for the day in one of their basic rooms reserved for sick travelers. The location is just what we wanted, in a quieter part of town thatā€™s easily walkable to the more crowded areas. We found a great coffee bar just down the street as well as a local grocery store to get supplies and a selection of lovely candies and treats. Sapa is so humid that it was hard to dry anything in the wet bathroom, but the room was spotless and the front desk spoke great English. They were very helpful and understanding throughout our stay. The breakfast was fabulous and the buffet room was sunny and bright. For the price range of this hotel, it was a great value. "
