"We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! "The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe."
