"This is our fourth stay at a Grecotel. Love their all inclusive package; staff at reception were exceptional and great service generally except in one speciality restaurant. Wifi in room hit and miss. We had problems with digital lock to our room which took days to sort; several times keys renewed, battery in lock changed etc etc. Overall a great stay."

"The hotel has vintage charm with amazing views over the beautiful Paleokastritsa, within walking distance to many beaches, bars, shops and restaurants Every member of staff are friendly and always professional. The rooms were clean with good facilities . Pauli is a wonderful energetic entertainment coordinator. Breakfast was delicious so much choice, with homemade pastries everyday. "We booked 2 rooms, and then extended our stay despite of our plans because we liked the hotel very much. We had an amazing breakfast selection, great service, nice beach right under our feet. The only negative is that we were assigned the old and outdated rooms. I believe their renovated rooms offer a much better value. We were also hoping for a spa experience such as a sauna or hamaam, but they only had extremely overpriced massages to offer. "

"Our stay was so enjoyable. We felt so safe and felt we were home away from home plus with extra luxuries, wonderful host/staff pleasant, helpful, kind, efficient wow! "Didn't feel the need to leave the hotel as you can be either at the beach or at the pool in less than 5mins. We prefer a pebbled beach and loved going snorkeling, however check for jellyfish before going in the water! Food and drink all day long, lovely staff! Thank you all 😀"

"Overall was good but for a 4 stars hotel I’m expecting more. They could give welcoming water in room, They gave coffee pods only the first day and then no more, housekeeping never washed our coffee cups we used the first day, they left the coffee cup dirty during all our stay. They change the towels every 2 days, and never changed the bedding, we stayed 5 days in the hotel 😖 "
