"Bruges demands the perfect base, and Hotel Augustyn delivers exactly that. We visited as a family — myself, my husband, and our 8-year-old daughter — and it was a joy from start to finish. The location is ideal. Close enough to all the major sights to feel connected to the magic of Bruges, yet tucked away enough that you never feel overwhelmed. The staff were excellent throughout — warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which makes such a difference when travelling with a child. The hotel itself is everything you'd want from a Bruges stay: charming, beautifully presented, and every bit the chocolate-box retreat the city promises. Parking in Bruges can be a real headache, so secure parking just across the road was a welcome bonus — it made the whole trip so much more relaxed not having to worry about that. We skipped breakfast during our stay, though it looked beautiful. Exceptional value for money too — genuinely reasonable for the quality and location on offer.
