"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."

"We did not have breakfast as it was not included(but was a very good price) and we wanted to get down the road to the Bufalo Mozzarella farm. Staff was excellent. Parking was easy. This was the best bed and pillows...much needed for a long day of traveling from the US."
