"As usual Thon Hotel is a good standard a d excellent breakfast. Only disappointment is some of restaurant staff. "The bed was the most comfortable bed at a hotel that I've ever stayed in. The hotel was central so walking around, you could find anything. The hot tub is NOT INCLUDED. It cost about $50 usd per person for 30 mins. The staff was amazing save one interaction I had. I was going for Fika and the coffee/tea station didn't have any tea so I asked the front desk lady if it's moved or just all gone. She said its over there in the machine. "Great hotel! Breakfast was excellent with tons of options! Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, though, didn’t start until 8, which seemed late. It was located in the middle of town so everything was walkable. It was easy to get from the airport on the airport bus the hotel. The stop was across the street and catching the bus back to the airport was right outside the hotel. There were maps at the front desk to navigate around the town. "

"Comfortable and clean room. Pool n sauna but didn't use them.Delicious breakfast with lots of choices in a comfortable dining area. Bus to airport out side and if coming from cruise terminal costs 70nok . . Walkable distance but cumbersome with luggage.150 nok to airport.Check time as it runs a few times per day only. Hotel has a shuttle if u arrange with them for a fee. Chef was very helpful. Assisted with our luggage when we arrived!V. convenient location. N pick up for snow hotel excursions....

Comfortable

"We were very comfortable at Enter Skansen. The hotel feels new, the room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location is a short walk to the central attractions. Paid parking is available nearby. The only negative comment I could make is the noise of the winter car tyres managed to penetrate the double glazed windows, so we heard every car drive by."

A long way from the airport

"Location was great, central in Harstad. Staff was helpful and courteous. Please make note that taxis from the airport are not inexpensive. If you arrive at night, about $80 per person. Recommend coming when bus is still running or making rebtal car arrangements b4 you land."
