Good breakfast although we had a mixed experience over the 4 days when ordering hot food from the menu. During check-in, we were asked to choose a time slot for breakfast - there was no sign of anyone checking name or room number in the mornings however. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"Very new facility, near Den Haag-Centraal but no noise. Shares location with The Moxy Hotel, so a bit hard to find the first time. There is construction around the front of the hotel but is not too bothersome. Good breakfast. Only issue was that we were double-charged for our (prepaid) stay, and had to followup from home to get a refund. Otherwise would have been 5 stars."

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "
