"We stayed at Villa Elia for one week in August 2022. It is a lovely, quiet place with a large, well maintained garden/park, swimming pool, tennis court and it is only under 10 min walk from the nearest beach. Our apartment was a separate little house, with private outdoor sitting space, surrounded by banana trees and flowers. Everything was very clean and comfortable. "This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."

"The water park was really good with very clean pools and attentive life guards. Breakfast had a good variety. Cleaningness of the room was not great. We stayed there for two nights and they didn't clean the room or changed towels on the second day. Rooms in the main building are very outdated and need renovation."
