I had to wait about 30 minutes whilst staff went to get towels and soap, as well as a floor-standing fan - there was a fan already in the room but it was broken with the guard cover on the floor. "Everything about the resort was good. Very clean and in good shape. There was some resturants in the area that was cheeper but the high quality on the resort meals was worth the price difference! There was a short walk to the beach and it was nice to go for walks along the beach."
