"Absolutely incredible! The staff was very friendly and the onsens were relaxing. We didn't realize there was a shiatsu massage chair in the room. That was a definite bonus. "Typical Toyoko hotel chain- clean, quiet, comfortable and at a relatively good location near enough the train station. It also comes with free breakfast which is very appreciated. There is a reasonably priced 24h MaxValu supermarket across the road for your convenience. My only gripe is there is only 1 elevator serving 11 floors. The wait times can get very long during check-in and breakfast hours. My room was on the second floor and they sensibly unlocked the escape stairs for guests to use during breakfast hours. However, it is locked all other times and the only way up/down to/from your room is the lift."
