"Absolutely STUNNING palace with views straight out of the Sound of Music. You truly can’t beat that. When we visited, the property was undergoing some construction (totally understandable), however the accommodations made around it were not helpful. Difficult path to the check-in that was muddied quite heavily by rain. The staff seemed stressed out, and thus weren’t super helpful. We stayed in the palace, and while it was absolutely breathtaking and breakfast was AMAZING, our room’s layout was very awkward. That’s the price you pay for staying in such a beautiful, historic property I suppose!"
