"I booked this property for the benefit of airport shuttle as per information provided on the search. I contacted them through expedia messages and didnt get a reply. I then called them when I reached India which was option 2. Firstly, the number they provided was not the number to call. The person then gave me 2 different numbers. "We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. "Hotellet har en relativt stor pool som ligger centralt i hotellområdet. Från poolen har man vacker utsikt över sjön. Rummen är av standard-karaktär, men de är rena och har luftkonditionering. Badrummet var något slitet. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns inget att göra utanför hotellområdet och inga promenadområden. Maten är fantastiskt god och mycket prisvärd!"

"The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador. "

Disappointed! Never again to this place.

"Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil."
