" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . "They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."
