"Was opened in 2016, the renovation is new and modern. Lighting in the room is good. I booked through Expedia but they said I’m the first customer who booked through Expedia and they couldn’t check me in. I need to use their phone to call Expedia in order to fix it. So the hotel upgraded me to deluxe suite. The suite was super big. Bathroom was nice. But the hairdryer was a cheap one and need to keep the button depressed in order to operate. The bed was ok. But the hotel location is so so. Need...

"We booked this hotel one day ahead. When we arrived at the hotel we found construction fence all around and no lights or activity anywhere behind it. Walked twice all the way around the fence and found the only "entrance" was a gate for cars which was shared with another building. There the guard told us the hotel is closed down. Walked around again to really make sure and a lady from neighboring building confirmed it is really closed down. Double checked it is the right place - same as on...

6.4 out of 10, (10 reviews)
"Very bad customer service, the staff at front desk give me an attitutde when they are supposed to serve guests AND I am actually spending money there. The pillow has cigeratte smells even its a non-smoking room. I don’t even wana bother to change as their attitude is so bad. It feels like they just wana go home. Only good thing is the location, and the actual room is good, just the people are TERRIBLE."
