The location is perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the Medina which is good to walk around and visit the old city of Fes. The room price was affordable 50 euro per night, whereas Expedia listed the price in Moroccan dirham. "I enjoyed this spacious riad in the middle of the Fes medina. The location feels complex at first, but once familiar, it’s perfect. I stayed in the terrace room on Level 2 with easy access to the balcony, which offered a great view as owner Kibir recommended. I even managed to do a bit of work on the balcony in the quiet morning before breakfast. At night it was very peaceful, enough to make me forget the bustle of the medina."

"The men at the front of the hotel were warm and welcoming and helped us out with any questions ensured we knew safe ways to get around. Thats where the positives end. Dated rooms with windows that rattle, bathroom that has seen better days and rock hard beds and pillows. Breakfast is manhandled by a man to make it look like its full and never seen replenished except when pastries were returned that someone didnt eat. Needs a massive overhaul.
