"This hotel was located close to the monasteries with great view of it. The staff were all very friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue. Luckily there weren’t that many guests during my stay. "This hotel has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The room is on the small side but everything worked. No USB ports. Bathroom shower glass is small so it’s easy to get the bathroom floor quite wet. There is no toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the toilet tank which got a bit wet. Free parking across the street. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is inexpensive and very ordinary. "

"Guesthouse Arsenis was amazing! I visited during the "off season", but the weather was still beautiful. The location could not have been better. It was a two minute drive into town and amazingly close to the monasteries. The view from my room and the dining area was gorgeous. Checking in was super simple and I had a chance to talk to the owner and his mother (who were both very, very kind!). The house and land have been in their family for generations and they have clearly taken very good care...

"The location was great-we were able to start our hikes to the monasteries right from the hotel without dealing with parking nightmares. Check in was not done in person. You needed to follow instructions from the owner to put code in to get a key. Was a bit complicated especially since we arrived when it was getting dark. "Beautiful property with a very modern feel. Welcomed with a smile and told our room had been upgraded. Brought us to our room and explained all the features and amenities of the property. The restaurant on the property was upscale and had a ton of choices. Wait service was great as were the two dinners. We also had the breakfast buffet which had many choices. Overall a great place to relax in the mountains. "
