"This place was such a beautiful spot, with the staff meeting us directly at our taxi with the sweetest smile! She showed us our place, the restaurant right down the road and where breakfast was which was light and perfect. Rita was just a text away and always able to get a taxi back because the walk back up is no joke! Only around 15 euros, definitely worth it. Loved this place and people so much!"

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "We were thrilled with this booking. It was only for a single night on our way through but the staff and property were exceptional. We could easily have stayed longer and used the location to ‘disconnect’ from life outside. Not far from Lake Como it’s close to the activity that the area around the lake presents but not too close to overwhelm. Spectacular scenery and a first rate operation - we considered ourselves fortunate to find it."

"This hotel was nice, nestled at the top of Lake Como and at the bottom of a mountain! Be mindful, it’s still quite the uphill trek from the main road if you don’t have a car! Train is about a 15 min walk. There is only 2 restaurants in town, one in the hotel, so you’re at their mercy! The room is good but the views! That’s why you’re there, can’t beat them! Enjoy!"

"This property has some very good assets. It also has some issues that need to be resolved. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions. "It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel.
