The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "

"Hotel is easy walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station. We arrived early and they served us free cappuccino and chocolate. They also let me check in early as I had a cold and wanted to rest. The free breakfast was excellent too. I recommend them."
