"Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. "The hotel is a very small hotel, but clean, well maintained and with excellent and courteous staff and good food. It is ideal for a business visit, as was mine. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only negative thing during my stay was that I was unable to connect to their Wifi, despite repeated attempts and complaints to the hotel reception, who kept trying but couldnt get the wifi to work."

"The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of."

"The behaviour of the Lady receptionist was very rude, really very unprofessional. We waited for 1 hour for check in, I have a 3 years kid and it was really difficult to wait for checking in. When the room allotted, we saw that the room was not cleaned after others stay, bathroom was smelling very bad, hairs are allover the bed.This was the worst hotel stay experience for my family. "

"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "Bed is not at all comfort and the bathroom is not clean and very kiddy. Bath tissues are completely damped and dried. Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast. Packaged Water is complimentary and not provided unless asked"
