"I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel. My room was clean, the staff was great and quite helpful once communication was clear, (side note) a thorough and repeated explanation of your request is required so there's no issues. I didn't use or see a gym at this hotel, it seems like there was a bit of renovation happening. The internet was in and out at times and my phone in my room worked the first couple of days after I arrived then like the internet it stopped working. I lost water during one of my showers and I informed the front desk and they informed me that it was a water pressure issue, but after that night things were back to normal."

"Terrible stay, the whole stay felt like a scam. I booked stay for my husband and request early check in for half of day rate because his arrival at 5am, then was charged for original full price, I have to send my receipts to show host what my rate was, eventually, he agreed on my rate, however, he marked my booking is "no breakfast", the reason is the rate I got, and I took screen shot of his posting "free buffet breakfast for all the rooms", he blamed expedia. I paid through expeida" with package booking, therefore, the rate is low, but denying breakfast and dishonoring services due to the low rate is not acceptable. After a few hours conversation with expedia and host, they add "bed and breakfast", I asked about it, host said "free breakfast". "buffet breakfast" was served only one morning with very limited items and was told "not to refill the plate and have to share with other guests", by that time, we realized what "bed and breakfast" means "not to refill". My husband breakfast portion was served less and less each day, and was told he has to pay if want more. Furthermore, numerous power blackouts during the day, my husband laptop was about damage and lost his work too. Elevator is not working, there is no air-conditioning in the hallway or lobby, it was steam hot! I get it "that was what paid for", the worse one was "you did not get what you paid for with all the humiliation and frustration. Definitely not returning and strongly recommend to avoid this place. "
