"The Ladies at the reception were so nice, We requested for an iron box but not available The closest at my room was smelling so bad , it was like a rotten egg A certain man working at the restaurant removed me from a couch situated outside the reception saying that it is meant for room guests and i insisted that i was a room guest but he didn't want to hear. I requested the bedding to be changed in my room but they never did, they only make the bed with the same bedding i have used for close to 2 weeks "
