"We appreciated the bunk beds for our kids and the balcony. The hotel staff were very nice. Lots of beaches and restaurants with umbrellas and chairs a short walk away. Near a nice strolling/shopping street. We stayed here on our way up to Switzerland and were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel and town! Easy parking on the street in front of the hotel. "The location was great and staff kind. Great kid bed. Seemed like it's usually a solid hotel. The hotel lost electricity when we were there. Elevators stopped working with someone in them, and all guest passports had to be rechecked. They were overwhelmed with passports and had them lined up on the front desk. Did not seem secure. Also, I'd rather pay less than eat their breakfast. There is a great cafe across the street, and the hotel's offerings were mediocre."

"Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. As in the past I was given a spacious room with a big balcony looking at the tower of the church opposite. Nice bathroom. Nice desk in room. Good closet space. The large balcony would be a nice place to view the hills and enjoy the sky. All the staff were very nice. Great staff and most speak decent English....
