"My stay was great here and I wanted to write a review because Phally really went out of the way to help take me to a secluded spot at night in order for me to swim with the glowing plankton, providing me with a snorkeling mask as well and waited until I was done to walk me back. The dome I stayed in was very clean and cute and breakfast was delicious as well. The shuttle to and from the ferry was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone who comes to Koh Rong Samloem."

Looking at the surrounding properties, it is kept in the best condition.. they try to keep the beach, clean and all the facilities clean. Surrounding areas on the beach, suffer from the same problems of too much garbage, but this place is a good microcosm on the island. Thanks for a great stay. "

"The staff were amazing they knew it was our anniversary so upgraded us to a beach front room. The location was amazing right on the beach. 1 minute walk from the pier. The resort was very friendly and comfortable. Swings and hammocks were everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi wasn’t the strongest. "First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly"
