I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it. It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels. "
