"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

Die Einrichtung ist ganz neu und das Essen ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; es muss an einem Kühlautomaten bestellt werden und kommt in Glasdosen heraus und muss im Zimmer in der Mikrowelle gewärmt werden. "Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."
