Bugs in the room
"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to anyone else. I am appalled at the service and the fact that I had to pay for a bug infested room which I did not stay in. "
