It is a lovely, quiet place with a large, well maintained garden/park, swimming pool, tennis court and it is only under 10 min walk from the nearest beach. Our apartment was a separate little house, with private outdoor sitting space, surrounded by banana trees and flowers. Everything was very clean and comfortable. "This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."

Arta Bridge - A bridge over the Arachos River in the city of Arta. The construction of the bridge dates back to the era of Despotat, but the current appearance by 1602. According to legend, every day 60 students and 45 craftsmen under the guidance of the chief builder tried to build a bridge, but it fell every night. Finally, a bird with a human voice told the chief builder that in order for the bridge to stand, he had to sacrifice his spouse. When the wife was walled up, she first cursed, but then finished with blessings.
