"Quaint, simple boutique hotel with character. Room on small side but that’s Paris! Lovely spot in Le Marais district, easy walk to Metro, cafes and restaurants etc (recommend Comptoir des Mers on same street for excellent seafood) Breakfast served in rocky/basement no view but cosy looking, had the essentials although out of action during stay for 2/3 mornings with no explanation as to why! Offered a mini breakfast or full breaky at their sister hotel down the street. Most annoying - no coffee/tea/kettle in room! Surely not a big ask these days?! Can get complimentary coffee in their downstairs lounge area between 4pm-midnight but preferable to have facility in room. Good clean bathroom with rain shower. For girls - better hairdryer mine kept cutting out. Not enough sockets in room for easy charging of devices too & one socket didn’t work. Appreciate it’s a small boutique older hotel but a few things could be better. Overall handy stay in a great area and quiet to come back to at night."
