"We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Paris-Canal de la Villette. The hotel is in a great location right next to the beautiful canal, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The area felt safe, and there were plenty of nearby transportation options, restaurants, and places to explore. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. A special thank you to Carlos at the reception desk who even spoke Spanish! He provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay and was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We also appreciated how easily the staff lent us an iron and ironing board for our entire stay without any hassle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great breakfast, and a beautiful canal-side location made this a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just 10 mins from metro stop and the bathroom was very clean. There’s some nice places to eat and drink near the hotel. However, the room was really tiny. The bathroom was hard to manoeuvre in it was so small. The carpet in the room was badly stained, artwork was broken and the furniture was very shabby. At night there was a lot of noise outside the hotel. As the rooms were not air conditioned we needed the window open so didn’t get much sleep."

"The room is good and the bed is comfortable. We had enough towels for a 2-day stay. Breakfast is good. So convenient the water dispenser. I had a bad service from the clerk. I ask to get a sink drain strainer. The guy said that he would come back to me later. I never got it. The next day, I went back to ask the same to the next clerk. The request hadn’t been passed on. My room was by the train track. But it wasn’t too noisy at night with earbuds."
