"My first stay in a backpack hotel and it was great, so much friendlier than a stay in a hotel. Room was fine and had a good shower. I hadn’t seen a message on my Expedia account that you have to go to a different location to check in but the people I was travelling with were sent an email to explain that reception closes at 6pm. Good size kitchen and the tea/coffee point in the lounge area was great."

We were given access to the washer and dryer on site but the washer didn't work well and the dryer was almost non-functional. The shower didn't have enough hot water to get through a single shower.
