"Staff were very friendly & helpful despite no English at all. Room was well appointed. BUT, Reception and halls like a factory. Grey and no paintings or embellishments at all. Breakfast fairly limited and guest smoking occurring without restraint. Not enough water in room and, instead of a large water dispenser at breakfast, multiple tiny plastic water containers used (very inconvenient and terrible for the environment "
