"I paid for my room through Expedia. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist told me that I had to pay in cash or transfer money since the hotel already turn off all apps booking for that day. I told her I already paid, so I will not pay again. She insisted that I have to agree to pay upon checkout otherwise she won’t give me a room.
