"This property is located in the bus/train station complex and a short train ride to Kansai airport. Facilities look brand new and you have everything you need right there in the building as far as food and shopping. This is the gateway station to the Wakayama coast and a short ride back into Osaka. Walk into the mall and look for the signs on the elevator for S3 floor 6. Best and for sure the cleanest capsule hotel I have been in. I will be back!"
