All was good, just the size of the room was smaller than expected and the view from the window was a wall

A very comfortable stay at this hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Food options and breakfast buffet were also very good. Rooms were relaxing and comfortable in a convenient location close to shopping malls and the international airport.
Would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay at a good value.

This is not tourist area. Its is business area and school and university. If you not looking for tourist area, this is really good location. Room condition is really good compare to price. If you want to meet someone, this location is the best!

Rooms were clean and well maintained, room size was small though, but was justified from price point of view. Has metro station at a walking distance

When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a compact room, one can get everything required. Breakfast was enough, one can get all the basic and some Indian item too. It’s very convenient for US consulate trip. Only thing to point out is the suction for exhaust need cleaning, all dust settle there. On arrival one of the pillow cover was dirty, I was given fresh pillow cover at my request. Overall it was good stay.

I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. The stay was comfortable and safe. The room was clean, well maintained, and the ambience inside the hotel was good. The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers.
