I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. "It seems that the owners/management of this hotel, have taken the profits and given nothing back for maintenance whatsoever. The condition of the building would be generous to say quite dilapidated even the door frames had holes and damage from where the white ants have eaten, holes in the bed linen etc The only saving grace for this hotel is its friendly staff especially Lita, who couldn’t do enough to help us."
