"No microwave in room. Also no coffee, Kleenex, trash can liners, or soap. For breakfast you have to take a shuttle down the street to the La Quinta. That shuttle also does the airport runs so there isn’t a schedule. There were also dead roaches in our room. There is also a sign at the desk that they do not take any prepaid cards including PayPal, Venmo, or cashap. A $100 deposit is also required and if you refuse to pay it you will not be refunded for the room nor will you be allowed to check in. "

"Online pictures are very misleading. Everything is polished online. It looks very nice and clean. Appears to be updated but when you go in person, it’s totally different. The facility is worn out. It looks so depressing very old we found mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains. The headboard of the bed had stains. The furniture were dirty worn out and it looked like it was in the rain for a while so he got rusted also online it says one king bed body shows you two queen beds in the picture and then when you look at the two queen bed option and the only shows one king bed so the whole thing is just overall bad experience. I did message management about the matter and requesting a full refund and not a partial refund because we left the same day we checked in in less than one hour and they never responded back so that shows you what kind of company management you’re dealing with"
