"Everything is very clean. It’s very quiet. The location is convenient. The only thing was the toilet seat was not secured. When I sit on it, the back part tilled up about one inch. When I asked the front desk about to fix it. I was told there was no maintenance man on site on Sunday at 3:30pm. She said for small thing like this they don’t switch room for me. So, basically they won’t and didn’t do anything for me."

"Both the facility & our room were clean, comfortable making our stay enjoyable. Staff recommended the restaurant at facility so we had dinner there our last night. I got the grilled salmon with broccoli and a baked potato. My food was cold, potato skin was charred but cold inside, broccoli was almost raw & cold as well. Since waitress never came back to check on our meal, I flagged down another waitress who sent our waitress over. Told her food was cold so she took plate to reheat food. By time she brought it back, my husband had finished his meal. When she returned with my food, it was still cold. I complained & her response was that is the best she could do! No apology or compensation was offered. We may return to Inn of DePauw as it was wonderful but we will never eat at that restaurant again. Service & food were both below restaurant standards!"

"The room was clean, bathroom n sink were all behind a closed door (yay!), breakfast was yummy, nice tv, n the staff was amazing! Will definitely stay again next year. Hoping the price will go down though since it was very pricey. Festival was happening and they all do it in the area. But still hoping they lower their rates. $100 a night is one thing...$300 is another."
